There are quite a few people living within the state of Georgia who are very familiar with a certain female. They call her the crazy cat lady who lives within a town called Waverly Hall, Georgia. This is one woman who loves to cater to all of the critters who roam into the yard. She has been helping these animals for years but felines are her favorite species.
She had now been a widow for many years and thought about getting married once again. This woman truly believed that God would bring her the perfect mate if she attended church each Sunday. This dream would never come true since many of the males in this place were too young for her. They reacted very nervous whenever this older woman approached them for any type of conversation.
It was very fortunate that her preacher and his wife witnessed her plight and they decided to help her out. She received a verbal invitation from this holy man after church services had ended. He informed her that his wife was preparing a lovely dinner which would indeed make her mouth water. When the conversation was over she quickly headed towards her house to change clothes. Earlier that week she had purchase a new dress from the department store and was anxious to wear it.
She was immediately invited into their home and this was a wonderful place to view. The pastor's wife had everything decorated so lovely and the house itself was quite large. This new trio sat down to a delightful meal which included steak and potatoes. The younger female left the dining room once the entire meal was finished.
When she returned the woman was carrying a beautiful gray kitten within her arms. She handed the precious pet to the older woman who was very delighted with this special gift. Fortunately this older lady had always wanted a feline of her own and was never able to obtain one. Even though she took care of every animal within her yard she never really had a pet. She graciously took the kitten from the younger female and kissed her gently upon the cheek.
It really turned out to be a good evening filled with good food, laughter and a unique gift at the end. Her and this animal would now spend the rest of their lives together and no one would be able to tear them apart. During the coldest time of the year the feline was lucky enough to wear a hat, scarf and sweater.
They had indeed become special to one another and their friendship seemed to be everlasting. She taught this smart feline how to take a bath and even use the toilet when necessary. The animal had become very human during his stay with this weird but caring female.
Unfortunately life does indeed have its sad moments that no human being can truly avoid. One night the older woman's heart had finally given out and she was found dead in her bed by a neighbor four days later. During this time the feline had also passed away.
