If a buyer is not close to any breeding service then they get copies of the certificates sent to them via email or use other means.

The buyer must confirm the existence of a physical address prior to making payment to the company. Doing this distinguishes authentic businesses from fraudsters. Authentic businesses will normally possess a physical address. The address enables people to visit or go there for services. On the contrary, scammers avoid every permanent thing including physical address.
